Rene Marie Russo is an American actress, film director and an ex-supermodel. The elegant beauty of Rene Marie can be seen through her long-lasting work as a performer and actress. In the 70s, she started modeling which quickly made her a recognizable figure in the industry. Then, in the mid 1990s she began to study the theatre and acting. Then after that, in Los Angeles and California she had her first appearance on stage. Russo made her screen debut in ABCs drama show Sable in 1987 portraying the character Eden Kendell. She has admitted that she's never really been that passionate in acting. She took a long self-imposed break. In the film Thor, she returned to acting. Her husband's Oscar-winning movie Nightcrawler was another of her roles. Later, she would appear in comedies with a lighthearted tone such as The Intern and Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas, one of the most well-known female UFC athletes, is a highly successful athlete. Her early days were spent as an amateur boxer who competed in regional promotions before joining Invicta Fighting Championships. Then she joined The Ultimate Fighting Championships. Namajunas has earned a great deal in recognition since joining UFC due to both her on and off the octagon success. Namajunas is a Lithuanian immigrant who was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 29, 1992. While growing up, Rose was involved in games like basketball or kickboxing. At 18 years old she began her professional career with Invicta Fighting Championships at which she won two bouts via submission. Dana White noticed this and on December 14, 2014, at 22 years old, she signed Rose for UFC's strawweight Division. Throughout Rose's time in the sport, she's been through periods of the highs and lows with each time coming out on top. In April, 2015 Rose was a part of the fight against Carla Esparza for the inaugural Women s Strawweight Championship at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in which she was victorious by technical knockout just 3 minutes after Round One and not just winning the title but also receiving the title of Fighter Of The Night along with creating history within MMA because this was the for the first time in history that female fighter competed for a championship title in any significant promotion organisation in the world . Namajunas later went on to take home a number of other victories. She also took on Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, earning her Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
